bulletI found the easiest way to keep track of your weight is to log it on a calendar.
bulletChoose a day, and every week on that same day before you eat, weigh yourself. 
bulletWeigh yourself every time in the same manner, e.g., no shoes, shoes, etc.
bulletThis will help you monitor your weight and give you a more conscious idea of what your weight is doing.

You may just give up that slice of pie for the day if you see that you have gained weight since last weigh in.
