Banana Nutritional Facts, How Many Calories In A Banana? Are Bananas High In Potassium?
Bananas are very nutritious, a medium size banana is full of fiber (4g) Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, and Protein.  Most of us are familiar with bananas for the large amount of potassium in them.  They also have a great deal of natural sugars 21g for 1 medium size banana.  As with anything else we eat, it is always best to eat in moderation- eat half of a banana instead of a whole and save the other half for later on in the day for a snack or the next day to put in your cereal.  If you place a banana in the refrigerator after cutting, it will hold over just fine.
