  Broccoli Salad
 
  Ingredients:
 
  2 Tbsp. Olive Oil

2 Tbsp. Garlic, diced

2 Cups Steamed broccoli


Directions:
While broccoli is steaming, sauté diced garlic in Olive oil, set aside.  
When broccoli is done place in medium size bowl, pour Olive oil and garlic over 
Broccoli and toss.  

Note: This salad could be eaten hot or cold. 

A nice complement to the salad would be Manicotti, or Lemon-Peppered Chicken. 

4- ˝ cup servings
