  Wilma’s Chicken Ala Bell Pepper

Serves 4

 

4 skin less chicken breast, in strips
1/2 bell pepper, cut in strips
1/2 med. Onion, diced
1 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Cut meat in strips, add green bell pepper, and onion. Heat the olive oil and then cook chicken. Add your bell pepper and onion and soy sauce simmer until till tender.


Serve over spinach pasta or brown rice.
