| 2-3 ounces of cooked meat, poultry, or fish |
| 1/2 cup of cooked beans or 2 tbsp. of peanut butter |
| 1 egg counts as the same as 1 ounce of meat |
| 1/3 cup of nuts counts as 1 ounce of meat |
