How much is in a serving?

Milk, Yogurt and Cheese Group

Milk  1 cup of milk, regular-- fat-free, reduced-fat or lowfat

Yogurt  8 ounces of yogurt, frozen or non-frozen, regular-- fat-free, reduced-fat or lowfat 

Cheese 1 - 1/2  ounces of natural cheese, regular-- fat-free, reduced-fat or lowfat  

2 ounces of processed cheese--regular, fat-free, reduced-fat or lowfat  

4 ounces of cottage cheese
