These Recipes are Foods we love to eat, with everything from Pizza, to
delicious Chocolate Chip- Chocolate Chunk-Nut Cookies, to Red Velvet Cake
and... with less guilt!
The Recipes you find on Lowfat Weekly are not
necessarily "Fat Free" They could have zero cholesterol and have some
saturated fat, or have some cholesterol and zero saturated fat, But mainly
less fat... Remember even if they are lower in fat and cholesterol,
the recipes still have calories and carbohydrates so eat in
moderation and practice portion control! My plan for cutting fat in the

The main thrust of my plan is to eat the foods you
love to eat... except adapting your recipes to a lower fat version!
It is that simple. While adapting your recipes to lower fat, and shopping
for foods you "normally" would eat buy the fat free, reduced fat or light
version, and incorporate exercise into the lot, plus practice portion
control! While doing this you are cutting saturated fat, cholesterol,
and calories. Besides lowering your blood cholesterol levels, You may
just get an added benefit...weight loss! I continue to tout the
idea of Making whatever weight loss plan you choose to use, whether it be
Low Fat, Low Carbohydrate or a Low Caloric diet, that you make this a
plan for life!™
