Do you have a favorite Low Fat recipe?
If So, dig it out, and E-mail or send it in by mail, for
possible publication... Submit Your Recipe: info@lowfatweekly.com
It doesn't have to be one that has won an award or prize at the
country fair! You can send recipes that are Lowfat , or
vegetarian. Desserts, too!
All your recipe has to be is one that you have fixed for your family
or friends, if they have approved of it, that is all the approval we
need.
What about your favorite recipe you fixed and took to the church
supper?
Maybe it could be one of those recipes that you've tried and your
husband says "Wow" that doesn't taste Lowfat !
Or how about, " I'm perfectly satisfied eating that, and I like that
it is
good for me!"
To get a recipe published on our Lowfat Weekly site, just send it in
or E-mail it to us, and one of our members from our
Recipe Review Board
will try it - if they like it, we'll print it! If your recipe is
published, we'd like to print your
name
and
state
along with it. Tell us if it was a family recipe.
Example: It's Grammy Dutch's recipe that has been in the
family for years, or it's your favorite recipe that mom used
when you were a child.
By you
sending in your recipe, it gives us permission to use it.
It also, constitutes approval of it's use in any form we see
fit.
The recipe remains the property of Lowfat Weekly
and affiliated companies.
We publish one
new
recipe each week. Please sign and date the recipe when
sending in by mail. When sending by E-mail, print your name and
date. Sending in the recipe gives us permission to print the recipe
and your
name
and
state.
Remember send a
copy
of your recipe, not the original.
If you wish to remain anonymous, when sending in your
recipe simply state that you do not wish to have your name or
state printed with your recipe. This is very important to tell us
this,
otherwise we will automatically print your name and state you are
from.
