  Salmon Loaf
 
  Ingredients:
 

1 large can salmon

1/2 cup sweet onion, chopped

2/3 cup salmon liquid, (what comes in the can)

2/3 fat free milk

1 cup cubed, light bread

1 egg white, beaten

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. salt, (may omit)

  Directions
 

Drain salmon and save liquid. Flake salmon, add chopped onion. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Oil a 9x5-inch loaf pan or 2-qt. casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until firm in center. Let stand 5 minutes for easier slicing.
