Eating Fish Can Lower Your Risk of Heart Disease
By Virginia Wright

Eating Fish, with Omega-3s can lower your risk of dying from heart disease by incorporating it into your diet as little as, only once a week. Eat fish broiled, baked, grilled or pan-fried. You can use a little bit of Olive oil or a non-fat cooking spray in your fry pan when pan-frying your fish. Omega 3's protect our heart. So instead of beef and chicken every night, for your heart health, once a week replace meat with fish. My favorite fish is Salmon, years ago my husband use to fish for Salmon on the East Machias, River in Maine. He would catch fresh Salmon and we grilled it. For eating Grilled Salmon-- simply clean your fish, cut fish into steaks, then place them on the grill, skin on, shake a little salt and pepper on the fish, once done place on your plate and squeeze fresh lemon on it, heart healthy delicious! Go to a fish market near you, and get fresh fish and eat your Omega-3s for supper tonight. Don't eat your fish deep-fried! There are no studies that show battered deep fried fish in hydrogenated oils do our body any good...
