| Strawberry Angel
(Shortcake)
6 slices Angel Food Cake or 6 large low-fat biscuits 3 cups strawberries, washed and sliced About 1/2 cup sugar; to taste 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1- 8 oz tub light- whipped topping, thawed Directions: Prepare fresh strawberries, wash, hull and slice. Place in medium size bowl with sugar and lemon juice. Refrigerate for several hours. (If using biscuits cut Lowfat biscuits in half) spoon 1/2-cup strawberries on Angel food cake or biscuit, top with 2 tablespoons of light-whipped topping.
