TIP: I like to take a
boneless, skinless chicken breast and place it on a piece of parchment
paper, with about a tbsp. of no-fat Italian salad dressing. Sometimes I
add some sticks of celery and/or carrot. Onion chunks are good with this
too. I serve it over steamed rice.
