  How to Whip Cream

  Ingredients:

For Plain or Cinnamon Whipped Topping:

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 tsp. Vanilla

3 tbsp. Confectioners sugar

1 Cup heavy-whipping cream

  Directions:

The secret to a nice, stiff whipped topping is to get your bowl and beaters cold. Chill medium size bowl, and beaters in refrigerator before beating.

For Cinnamon Whipped Topping: Mix Cinnamon, vanilla, sugar, and whipping cream. Beat on high until stiff. Serve this delicious treat on top of your favorite fruit dessert, it is delicious on baked apples. Also good in espresso!

Note: If you want plain whipped topping, omit the cinnamon.

While this may not fit the Low Fat Category, Use only a dollop and indulge  on your favorite dessert...   > Click here for this Quick and Easy  Baked Apple Recipe
